The new dining space organises its menu by concept and times, and a curious menu at midday surprises diners. It also presents its own vision of a tasting menu, in this case devised for sharing in the centre of the table.
The SINTONIA menu also has room for history, through the ever-changing classics of international cuisine section (bouillabaisse, carbonara, baked hake parcels, sirloin, Parmentier and Café de Paris), as well as the steak tartares and whole joints to share among 2, 3 or 4 diners, with both options concluding around the table and to the diner’s taste.
SINTONIA really stands out with its steaks, presenting them on ad hoc serving dishes and vessels created by José Piñeiro and with a choice of toppings (caviar, oysters, smoked eel, fried egg, mascarpone and more) to round them off.
The menu is completed with a series of classic whisky-based cocktails, adapted to contain less alcohol, and mocktails – alcohol-free cocktails created in-house. All of them, of both types, come to the table with a matching snack. After-dinner relaxation and pleasure are holistic. Let yourself go. SINTONIA will catch you.
